Routine Cards for Kids and Au Pairs
Use this template in two ways: print the full set of routine cards, or build a custom routine online and print only the final routine. You can use it for children’s routines and for au pair daily checklists.
1. Print the cards
Print the full set, cut out the cards and laminate them for daily use on the fridge, wall or a routine board.

Why optional times help
Adding times can help an au pair understand the rhythm of the morning or bedtime routine. For example, “08:00 shoes on” makes it much clearer when the children need to be ready. Keep times realistic and allow extra space during the first weeks.
